Under the team leader's supervision, you will handle customers, identify quick maintenance needs, perform repairs, and manage payments. You ensure high-quality service to meet group standards and boost customer satisfaction in after-sales. Your role involves diagnosing and fixing primary technical issues related to peripheral parts, suspension, comfort, and safety systems, following established quality procedures. Support and advise customers in using their vehicles and assist reception staff with your technical expertise. Requirements: Diploma from BEP to Professional Baccalaureate in mechanics, experience in the role, and knowledge of automotive after-sales.
