Your missions:
- Diagnose common faults (electrical, first-level electronic, or mechanical)
- Perform requested vehicle repairs, maintenance, and servicing respecting manufacturer procedures
- Conduct additional vehicle checks before returning it to the client
- Carry out test drives with the customer if needed
- Maintain tools and manage technical documentation
- Participate in daily briefings and quality meeting points
You:
- Hold a diploma from BEP to Bac +2 level (AVA, MAVA, etc.)
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales
- Are curious, rigorous, and client satisfaction oriented
