Job Description
Join Renault's dealership in Vienne as a Quick Service Automotive Mechanic (M/F) in a permanent role. Reporting to the team leader, you will handle clients upon arrival, identify their quick maintenance needs, perform necessary interventions, and manage payments. You will ensure service quality according to group standards, contributing to customer satisfaction in After-Sales. Tasks include diagnosing and repairing vehicles with primary diagnostics on peripheral parts, suspension, comfort, and safety components, following quality procedures. Provide technical expertise supporting site receivers to assist clients and guide vehicle use.
Requirements:
- Diploma from BEP to Professional Baccalaureate level in mechanics or related field (e.g., Bac Pro MAVA)
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of automotive after-sales service
