In our workshops, you will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle faults (electrical, electronic, or mechanical) within your skill level, performing requested repairs, maintenance, and servicing while following repair orders, documenting and ordering spare parts, conducting complementary checks before returning vehicles to customers, and carrying out vehicle tests as per the establishment's 'tester' list. You will contribute to service objectives, ensure the quality of tools and resources, participate in daily briefings, and comply with hygiene and safety rules. Recommended training includes BEP to professional baccalaureate in mechanics or related fields. Desired experience in automotive after-sales and proficiency with Renault IT systems. Key competencies include discretion, integrity, teamwork, problem identification, rigor, organization, anticipation, customer focus, and resilience.
