You'll manage client interactions from initial requests to post-repair explanations, conduct mechanical and electronic diagnostics, and ensure quality work through systematic follow-ups. Requirements include a BacPro in Vehicle Maintenance, at least 4 years of workshop experience, autonomy, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driving license. Renault technician training is a plus.
