We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Mechanic for our Volkswagen Lambersart dealership. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week) offering a competitive fixed salary between €2200 and €2500 per month plus performance bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, €8 meal vouchers, and employee perks.
Your responsibilities:
- Repair light vehicles
- Carry out vehicle servicing (oil changes, filters, etc.)
- Replace parts (tires, brake pads, discs, batteries, clutches, etc.)
- Manage quick service interventions (bulbs, wipers, etc.)
- Complete repair orders
- Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- Take responsibility for your workstation
Profile:
- Vocational training (Bac Pro or BTS in Automotive Maintenance and After-Sales)
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and service skills
- Rigorous, dynamic, and able to work independently or in a team
