We are looking for an Automotive Mechanic for our Volkswagen dealership in Lambersart to join our family-oriented group. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive fixed monthly salary between €2200 and €2500 plus bonuses based on your productivity. Your responsibilities:
- Vehicle light repairs and maintenance (engine oil changes, filters, etc.)
- Replacement of parts like tires, brake pads, discs, batteries, clutches
- Managing quick service interventions (bulbs, wipers)
- Completing repair orders with quality and customer satisfaction in mind
Profile:
- Bac Pro or BTS in Automotive Maintenance or After-Sales
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Rigorous, dynamic, and able to work independently or as part of a team
