- Perform routine and periodic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, timing, tires).
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using Renault tools.
- Carry out repairs and parts replacements per manufacturer standards.
- Ensure vehicle safety components are checked and updated.
- Provide roadside and home intervention for battery, punctures, engine failures.
- Conduct quick on-site diagnostics and offer tailored solutions.
- Tow broken down or accident vehicles safely.
- Operate recovery truck and secure transported vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure quick, reassuring service.
- Be on call one week out of three for after-hours interventions.

Requirements: CAP/Bac Pro/BTS in automotive mechanics or equivalent, valid category B driving license (C license preferred or to be obtained post-hire), technical know-how, strong customer service, and flexibility.
