What you'll do:
- Handle hotline calls to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
- Support clients using OEM remote diagnostic platforms
What we look for:
- Automotive technician experience (3 years preferred in dealership)
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Basic IT knowledge and ability to read manufacturer manuals
