Job Description
We are looking for Automotive Hotline Technicians (M/F) to join Groupe AUTEL, one of the world's leading diagnostic tool manufacturers. Specializing in GEOMETRY, ADAS, TPMS, and DIAGNOSTICS, you'll provide expert support to our clients and distributors. After thorough training at our headquarters in COLMAR, you will independently assist with diagnostic tool troubleshooting onsite in COLMAR (HAUT-RHIN) or CRAPONNE (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotline calls during the day
- Diagnose and identify malfunctions
- Assist customers in resolving issues
- Use manufacturer OE remote platforms
Profile:
- Strong teamwork and advisory skills
- Effective, proactive approach with excellent communication
- Empathy and courtesy towards clients

Requirements:
- 3 years experience as an automotive technician (preferably in a dealership)
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturers' manuals
- Basic IT and internet knowledge
- BAC technician level or CAP/BEP (optional)
