Job Description
We are looking for Automotive Hotline Technicians M/F. AUTEL Group, one of the world's leading diagnostic tool manufacturers, operates in three key areas: Geometry, ADAS, TPMS, Diagnostic. As part of the Technical Support department, you will assist our customers and distributors. After theoretical and practical training at our headquarters in COLMAR, you will independently provide assistance for our diagnostic tools either on-site in COLMAR (Haut-Rhin) or CRAPONNE (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).
Missions:
- Handle hotline calls during the day
- Identify and diagnose faults
- Assist customers in fault resolution
- Use OE manufacturer platforms (REMOTE)

Requirements:
- 3 years experience as automotive technician or similar (preferably in dealership)
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturer's manuals
- Basic IT and internet knowledge
- BAC level in Auto Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of various workshop tools and equipment
- Curious and passionate
