You will work in our Technical Support department, providing assistance to clients and distributors after training at our headquarters in Colmar. The role requires autonomy in troubleshooting diagnostic tools onsite in Colmar (Haut-Rhin) or Craponne (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes). Key missions include handling hotline calls, diagnosing faults, and assisting customers remotely using OE manufacturer platforms. This full-time permanent position offers restaurant vouchers, bonuses, and profit-sharing benefits. Ideal candidates have around 3 years of automotive technician experience, preferably at a dealership, knowledge of automotive maintenance tools, and good communication skills.
