Job Description
We are seeking Automotive Hotline Technicians to join AUTEL Group, a leading global manufacturer of diagnostic tools, specializing in Geometry, ADAS, TPMS, and Diagnostics. Based in COLMAR or CRAPONNE, you will provide autonomous technical support after comprehensive training. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary of €1,700 to €2,300, meal vouchers, bonuses, and participation benefits. Ideal candidates have 3 years of automotive technician experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. No remote work is available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotline calls
- Diagnose issues and assist clients
- Use OE manufacturer remote platforms
Requirements:
- Automotive technician background
- Ability to read schematics and manuals
- Basic IT knowledge
- BAC level in auto maintenance
