Ensure the update of diagnostic tools, interact with manufacturer technical platforms, document incidents, and manage spare parts. We seek a professional with a Bac +2 to Bac +3 education, 2-3 years of automotive after-sales experience, strong computer and diagnostic skills, and a customer-oriented, rigorous mindset.
