You will also document incidents, order spare parts, and ensure compliance with manufacturer repair methodologies. Candidates should have a Bac+2 to Bac+3 diploma, 2-3 years of automotive after-sales experience, IT and diagnostic skills, a team-oriented mindset, curiosity, rigor, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. A valid driving license B is required.
