Job Description
We are looking for an Automotive Embedded Technology R&D Manager for a client in the automotive distribution sector, based in the 79 area. Join our new research lab to lead a team of technicians and report to the Embedded Technologies Manager. You will develop new repair methodologies for vehicle embedded electronics including ABS, multimedia systems, ADAS, and more. Responsibilities include cross-team management, developing embedded systems activities, testing technical repair solutions, writing repair processes for various vehicle electronic systems, and creating a battery repair lab (Lithium batteries). You will recruit and train technicians, design diagnostic and repair test benches, and innovate in the field. A background in electronics and 5+ years' experience in a similar role are required. Strong skills in electrical/electronic embedded systems and familiarity with diagnostic tools are essential. A plus: battery repair/renovation experience. Personality traits: dynamic, rigorous, organized, and innovation-driven.
