Requirements:
- Diploma equivalent to BEP to Bac+2 (AVA, MAVA, CQP)
- 2 to 3 years experience in automotive after-sales
- Knowledge in automotive after-sales, Renault computer systems
- Strong soft skills such as discretion, loyalty, teamwork, initiative, and customer focus
