Take charge of diagnosing common vehicle issues including electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults. Perform necessary repairs, maintenance, and servicing while adhering strictly to repair order and manufacturer guidelines. Manage parts documentation and ordering, carry out detailed checks before returning vehicles to clients, and conduct test drives if required. Maintain your tools and technical documentation, participate in service goals and quality meetings, and use Renault-specific diagnostic tools proficiently.
We seek qualified candidates with BEP to Bac+2 education (AVA, MAVA...) or CQPE certification and 2-3 years of automotive after-sales experience. You must be proficient in computer systems, discreet, loyal, team-spirited, adaptable, attentive, curious, rigorous, and committed to client satisfaction.
