What you will do:
- Diagnose mechanical systems thoroughly to pinpoint customer concerns
- Perform complex repairs linked to mechanical vehicle elements
- Uphold quality and manufacturer procedures
- Represent our Group's values and support client needs
- Provide expert guidance to workshop staff and client advisors
Profile:
- Background in automotive mechanical expertise or related certifications
- Natural inclination for this role with excellent relational skills
- Persistent, curious, versatile, and meticulous problem-solver
