Your Role
Based at our Belfort dealership, as an Automotive Diagnostic Expert Technician (M/F), you'll:
- Conduct mechanical system diagnostics (engine, gearbox, chassis, etc.) to identify customer claim origins.
- Perform complex technical operations on mechanical vehicle components.
- Ensure the quality and adherence to manufacturers’ methods.
- Represent our group’s values.
- Address client needs and provide expert advice to workshop staff and client advisors.
Your Profile
You hold a qualification in automotive mechanical expertise (e.g., COTECH, CQP after-sales expert technician, diagnostic technician, automotive electrician/electronic technician, or automotive maintenance), accompanied by relevant experience. Your strong interpersonal skills and passion for service complement your perseverance, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in IT and office tools, you are ready to commit to a growing, human-scale structure and unleash your full potential within our group.
