The Role
We are seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Expert Technician (M/F) for our ARBOUANS dealership in a permanent contract. If you have a strong interest in technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and expertise in complex mechanical diagnostics and repairs, this is a great opportunity to advance your career.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical systems such as engine, gearbox, and chassis to identify customer issues
- Perform advanced mechanical operations ensuring top-quality interventions
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer-recommended procedures
- Represent the Group’s values and address customer needs
- Guide and assist workshop personnel and customer advisors with your broad expertise
Candidate Profile
You hold qualifications in automotive mechanical expertise (e.g., COTECH, CQP automotive expert technician, diagnostic technician, automotive electrician), with proven work experience. You are naturally drawn to this role, possess strong relationship and service skills, persistence, curiosity, and versatility, and are proficient with IT and office tools.
