We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Expert Technician (M/F) in our Belfort dealership to join our team on a permanent contract. You will leverage your passion for automotive technology and excellent interpersonal skills to handle complex mechanical diagnostics and repairs, ensuring high-quality interventions following manufacturer standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing mechanical system issues (engine, gearbox, chassis, etc.)
• Executing complex technical operations on mechanical vehicle components
• Ensuring quality and compliance with manufacturer methods
• Upholding company values and customer satisfaction
• Advising and guiding workshop staff and client advisors with your expertise

Candidate Profile: You hold relevant automotive diagnostic qualifications such as COTECH, CQP After-Sales Expert Technician, or similar, along with proven experience. You are meticulous, curious, versatile, and skilled in IT tools, with a strong customer service orientation.
