As an Automotive Diagnostic Expert Technician, you'll leverage your passion for technology and strong interpersonal skills to handle complex mechanical diagnostics, ensure the quality of interventions, and guide both the technical team and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical systems (engine, gearbox, chassis) to identify client issues
- Perform complex technical operations on vehicle mechanical components
- Guarantee intervention quality and adherence to manufacturer methods
- Represent group values and meet client expectations
- Advise and support workshop team and client advisors
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Training in automotive mechanical expertise (e.g., COTECH, CQP expert technician, automotive electronics)
- Previous successful experience in similar roles
- Strong relational skills, curiosity, perseverance, and versatility
- Proficient with IT and office tools
- Motivated to contribute to a growing, human-sized company
