Are you a skilled automotive body painter looking for a workshop with great working conditions, a supportive team, and pay that reflects your expertise? Join the Volkswagen Chapelle d'Armentières body shop team as a full-time Body Painter (M/F) in a permanent contract.
What we offer:
- Salary from €2,450 to €2,700 gross/month depending on experience and skills
- Attendance bonus: up to €500/year
- Productivity bonus: up to €300/month

- 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, no Saturdays
Your daily tasks:
- Perform bodywork and painting on clients’ vehicles
- Diagnose damages to damaged vehicles
- Work on structural elements when necessary
- Prepare surfaces and execute all painting steps including finishing touches
- Control the quality of your work and perform necessary touch-ups
- Follow repair procedures, safety guidelines, and use PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
