Ideal candidates have training or experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or technical environments, strong understanding of automation, electrotechnics, or industrial processes, and proficiency with ERP/CRM tools and Excel. Being organized, detail-oriented, and responsive in a demanding technical setting is essential.
