Job Description
As the After-Sales Service Advisor, reporting to the workshop manager, you will welcome customers to our workshops, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle intake. You will coordinate mechanical repairs, lead your team following repair processes and legal standards, promote services, advise clients, and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle return. Ideal candidates hold a BAC Pro to Bac +3 technical or commercial diploma, are meticulous, autonomous, possess strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, commercial sense, good IT knowledge, automotive after-sales experience, and hold a B driving license. Compensation is skill-based plus bonuses.
