Key responsibilities include:
- Full customer relationship management from reception to follow-up
- Appointment scheduling and preparation
- Preparing repair orders and service quotes
- Driving additional sales of products and services
- Coordinating between clients and workshop teams
- Billing and vehicle handover
- Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction standards
