We are seeking a passionate Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) on a fixed-term contract to provide excellent customer service, manage after-sales appointments, prepare repair orders, and enhance client satisfaction through relationship building and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire client relationship lifecycle from reception to vehicle return
- Write repair orders, prepare quotes, and follow up with clients
- Collaborate with workshop teams and promote company services
- Ensure quality standards and safety norms are respected
Candidate Profile:
- Background in commerce or automotive mechanics with first experience in customer advising, ideally in automotive after-sales
- Dynamic, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong IT skills
- Ready to grow and thrive within a human-sized, expanding company
