As an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor, you will provide premium customer reception, manage comprehensive follow-ups, and coordinate smoothly with the workshop team. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction, service quality, and the Audi brand daily. This full-time CDIT position offers a respectful, inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and sustainable 5-star service. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–6 PM.
