Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Work-Study Program
Do you have a passion for customer service and automobiles? Join Volkswagen Group France Academy's paid work-study "Automotive Expert Technician" training program. Work 70% of your time in a dealership (Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, Audi) and 30% in training for 12 months.
As an After-Sales Customer Advisor, you will be the key link between the service workshop and customers, handling vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. This role offers strong career prospects and professional certification (RNCP Title).
You will be supported by dedicated trainers and tutors to develop your skills in a dynamic team environment. Ideal for candidates with a Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma and a driver's license or in progress.
