What you'll do:
- Greet customers and understand their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and returns
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communications between clients and workshop
- Follow up on cases and guarantee service quality
Your training:
- 12-month alternance combining 70% dealership work and 30% academy training
- Certified RNCP professional title "TFP Réceptionnaire Après-Vente Véhicules Légers"
- Supported by expert trainers and in-dealership tutors
Who you are:
- Holder of a diploma in automotive maintenance, technical fields, commerce or hospitality (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driver's license holder or in the process of obtaining it
- Customer-focused, organized, team player eager to learn
