- Certification: RNCP Title "TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles" plus Volkswagen operational certification
- Support: Personalized mentoring with a dedicated trainer and dealership tutor
- Profile: Bac Pro, Bac or BTS graduates, preferably in automotive or client relations, and driving license (or in progress)
