About the Job
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Join the Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor in a paid work-study program! This role is central to the relationship between the workshop and clients, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between customers and the workshop
- Manage files and contribute to service quality
Program Details
- 12 months alternating between 70% dealership and 30% VGF Academy training
- Recognized RNCP Title: TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles
- Fully funded and paid program
- Supported by a dedicated trainer and dealership mentor
Who We're Looking For
- Holders of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diplomas, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations
- Driving license holders or learners
- Organized, rigorous, team players with great communication skills
