Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Paid Apprenticeship Training

Training: 12-month paid apprenticeship combining 70% dealership work and 30% academy training, leading to a nationally recognized certification and operational Volkswagen Group France qualification.
Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong team player with excellent customer contact skills
