Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role puts you at the heart of the relationship between the workshop and clients, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with renowned brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
- What you'll do: Greet customers, manage vehicle reception and return, explain technical repairs, prepare estimates, coordinate between the workshop and customers, and ensure excellent service follow-up.
- Training: 12-month apprenticeship with 70% practical training in a dealership and 30% at VGF Academy.
- Certification: Earn the RNCP-certified "TFP Réceptionnaire Après-Vente Véhicules Légers" diploma backed by operational Volkswagen certification.
- Support: Guidance from an academy trainer and a dealership tutor.
Requirements: Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (preferably automotive or client relations), driving license or in progress, organizational skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
