Are you passionate about cars and enjoy customer contact? Play a key role in customer satisfaction by managing vehicle service follow-ups and repairs.
- Engage directly with clients: receiving and returning vehicles, explaining technical interventions, and establishing estimates.
- Benefit from a 12-month paid apprenticeship with 70% practical experience in a dealership and 30% training.
- Obtain the RNCP-certified "TFP Light Vehicle After-Sales Receptionist" diploma plus Volkswagen Group certification.
- Receive support from expert tutors and formators.
Profile:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations fields).
- Driving license or in progress.
- Organized, team player with a strong desire to learn and excellent client communication skills.
