Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor Apprenticeship

What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and assess after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle check-in and release
- Explain technical work and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and service teams
- Track service files to maintain quality
Training & Career:
- 12-month program combining 70% hands-on at dealerships and 30% classroom training
- Earn an RNCP Title "TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles"
- Full support from expert tutors
Requirements:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma preferably in automotive or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
