What you'll do:
- Welcome and assess customers’ after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between customers and workshop
- Maintain thorough follow-up for excellent service quality
Requirements: CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (ideally automotive, technical, or customer relations), driver’s license or in progress, strong communication and organizational skills.
