Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This paid 12-month apprenticeship combines 70% hands-on experience at a dealership and 30% training. You'll become the essential link between the workshop and clients, ensuring top-quality service.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
  • Organize vehicle reception and delivery
  • Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
  • Coordinate between clients and workshop
  • Follow up on cases ensuring customer satisfaction
