Position: Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor in a paid apprenticeship program.

This 12-month apprenticeship offers 70% practical work in a dealership and 30% classroom education, leading to an RNCP-certified professional title and operational certification recognized throughout the network.
Role highlights: Serve as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction. You'll manage vehicle reception, explain technical interventions, organize repairs, and support customer follow-up.
Your profile: Ideally hold a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, be customer-oriented, organized, and ready to learn. You'll be supported throughout your journey by a dedicated trainer and a personal tutor.
