Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor apprentice!
Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive world? This role is central to building lasting customer satisfaction by acting as the key liaison between clients and the workshop. Join one of our prestigious brands (Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi) through a fully paid 12-month apprenticeship combining 70% hands-on dealership experience and 30% academy training.
You will support after-sales customer relations, organize vehicle receptions, explain technical work, establish quotes, and coordinate with the workshop.
Benefit from expert mentorship, official certification (RNCP title 'TFP After-Sales Receptionist Light Vehicles'), and a recognized operational Volkswagen Group France certification.
We’re looking for candidates with a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS (preferably in automotive, technical, or client relations) and a driving license or learner permit.
