What you will do:
- Welcome and advise customers on after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical work and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between customers and workshop
- Ensure high-quality service follow-up
Qualifications:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma ideally in automotive, technical, or customer relation fields
- Driving license or in progress
