Do you have a passion for customer service and cars? Become an essential link between the workshop and customers as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor. This paid 12-month apprenticeship with Volkswagen Group France Academy offers hands-on experience and formal education (70% practical in dealership, 30% theoretical).
You'll manage customer reception, explain technical interventions, coordinate with workshops, and ensure quality service. The program leads to an RNCP certified diploma (TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles) plus Volkswagen Group France operational certification.
Ideal candidates hold a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma preferably in automotive or client relations, with a driving license. Be organized, team-oriented, and customer-focused to thrive and secure a promising automotive career with us.
