Join as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor in a paid apprenticeship program!
Become the pivotal link between workshops and customers, ensuring top-quality service and satisfaction. Work within prestigious brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi while getting hands-on experience and training.
What you'll do:
- Welcome customers and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between clients and workshop
- Follow up on cases and ensure service quality
Training Details:
- 12 months internship with 70% dealership / 30% school
- Program certified by RNCP and Volkswagen Group France
- Continuous support by trainers and tutors
Who we're looking for:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Customer service oriented, organized and eager to learn
