Role Highlights:
- Welcome and assist customers with after-sales needs
- Coordinate vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical work and prepare quotes
- Liaise between customers and workshop to guarantee service quality
Program Details:
- 12-month apprenticeship with 70% hands-on at a dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Certification: RNCP "TFP After-Sales Receiver for Light Vehicles" and Volkswagen Group France operational certification
- Supported by a dedicated trainer and tutor
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (ideally automotive/technical/customer relations)
- Driving license or in progress
- Organized, team player with excellent customer service spirit
