- Serve as key contact for vehicle maintenance, repair follow-up, and customer satisfaction
- Manage reception and vehicle return, explain technical work, and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between workshop and clients

- 12-month program with 70% onsite at dealership and 30% at VGF Academy
- Certification with RNCP title "TFP Vehicle After-Sales Receptionist"
- Fully funded, paid training

Profile:
- Diploma in automotive maintenance, technical, commercial or hospitality fields (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driver license or in progress
