Join Us as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor!
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role places you at the heart of customer and workshop relations, ensuring top-quality service and satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and analyze their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and the workshop
- Follow up on cases and contribute to service quality
Training & Career:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship alternating between dealership (70%) and VGF Academy (30%)
- Obtain the RNCP title "TFP Vehicle After-Sales Receptionist"
- Supported by dedicated trainers and mentors
Your Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Organized, team player, eager to learn
