Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Apprenticeship Training
Are you passionate about customer service, enjoy client contact, and love the automotive world? Join our remunerated apprenticeship program "Technician Expert Automobile" with Volkswagen Group France Academy. You'll be the key link between the workshop and customers, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.
Your role: Act as the privileged contact for customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinate between clients and the workshop, explain technical interventions, and support service quality.
Apprenticeship details: 12 months combining 70% dealership work and 30% training at VGF Academy, leading to the RNCP-certified "Light Vehicle After-Sales Receiver" title. You'll be supported by a dedicated trainer and tutor.
We want: Candidates with Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diplomas, ideally in automotive, technical or client relationship fields, who hold or are obtaining a driver's license, with strong teamwork and customer interaction skills.
