Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role puts you at the heart of the customer-workshop relationship, ensuring quality service and client satisfaction. You will manage vehicle reception, explain technical interventions, and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Duration: 12 months with 70% practical at the dealership and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Certification: RNCP Title "TFP After-Sales Receiver Light Vehicles" plus Volkswagen Group France operational certification via LEMA+
- Support: You’ll get guidance from a dedicated trainer and tutor
- Qualifications: Bac Pro, Bac or BTS level, driver’s license in progress or obtained
