Join the Volkswagen Group France Academy as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor in an exciting paid apprenticeship!
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role places you at the heart of the relationship between the workshop and customers, ensuring quality service and satisfaction. You'll gain practical experience with leading automotive brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
What you'll do:
- Welcome clients and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communications between customers and the workshop
- Ensure file follow-up and service quality
Your journey:
- 12 months alternating between 70% concession work and 30% training at VGF Academy
- Obtain the RNCP certified professional title "TFP Light Vehicle After-Sales Receptionist"
- Receive support from a dedicated trainer and a concession tutor
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of a diploma in automotive maintenance, technical, commerce, or hospitality fields (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driving license or in the process of obtaining it
- Strong organizational skills, customer relation aptitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
